This area presents properties listed by Blakeslee & Crain that are not currently listed in the MLS or other public venue. There are no signs on these properties or any general public offering. The reason we have created this area is that Sellers of wine industry properties often prefer to market their properties in a quiet, non-public manner. In fact, it has long been true that many wine country premier properties are sold privately in quiet transactions.
Confidential Listings is a forum where buyers can learn of such opportunities and, when qualified and interested, receive detailed information regarding a property offering. All the while privacy for the seller is maintained. Only serious and qualified buyers are provided information.
First step: Review general property descriptions below to determine the suitability of a particular offering.
Second Step: To obtain more detailed information on any property, you can click the "
Get More Info" link. You will then be prompted to register with Blakeslee & Crain, read and agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and electronically submit your request to us. A Blakeslee & Crain agent will then contact you within 24 hours—in most cases much sooner—to review your interest and intent.
The submission of any and all information to us will be held in strict confidence. We will not share your identity or any related information with property owners or any other third party.
